Article 1 (Scope of Application)
This agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions related to the use of the website “https://www.corise.cc” (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and the accompanying services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) operated by CORISE CONSULTING CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By using the Site, users are considered to have agreed to the contents of this Agreement.

Article 2 (Contents of the Services)
The Company offers information provision, support, and consulting to users based on the following four core solutions:

- Support for opening overseas accounts/establishing corporations We provide support related to opening international bank accounts and establishing local and overseas corporations, starting with Cambodia. Separate specialized terms of use apply to support concerning the opening of “ACLEDA bank accounts.”
- AI Solutions We provide consulting and implementation support utilizing generative AI in fields such as natural language processing, image generation, and business automation. Analysis of target tasks and implementation support are conducted through separate agreements depending on the situation.
- Branding & Design Strategy We offer advice on corporate and personal branding, strategic planning for the design of websites and printed materials, and creative support. Rights to proposal contents and handling of deliverables may be defined by separate agreement.
- Software Development We provide development and operation support for web applications, business management systems, smartphone applications, etc.

Development projects are generally conducted based on individual contracts, and this Agreement sets forth the foundational conditions.

Article 3 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company provides users with information and support related to the above services; however, the final decision and execution responsibility based on various systems, regulations, and laws rests with the users themselves. The Company assumes no responsibility for the outcome of investments, contracts, incorporation, technology introduction, design utilization, or software development conducted by users through the Services. Due to changes in regulations, currency fluctuations, or administrative decisions in the service provision areas (e.g., Cambodia), service contents may be changed or suspended without prior notice.

Article 4 (Copyright & Intellectual Property)
All content displayed on the Site, including text, images, videos, and documents, belongs to the Company or the rightful rights holder. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts: inputting false information or impersonating third parties, infringing the rights of other users or third parties, violating laws or public order and morality, obstructing the operation of the Site

Article 6 (Individual Contracts & Special Agreements)
When using paid services, individual contracts such as “application forms” and “service agreements” presented by the Company will take precedence. Separate specialized terms of use apply to the “ACLEDA Bank Account Opening Support Service.” Although specialized agreements may be established for other services in the future, at present, this Agreement applies mutatis mutandis.

Article 7 (Privacy and Handling of Personal Information)
The Company appropriately handles users’ personal information and manages and protects it in accordance with a separately defined “Privacy Policy.”

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company strives for accuracy and timeliness of information but does not guarantee the completeness or usefulness of the content. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from the use of the Site or external links.

Article 9 (Representations and Warranties of the User)
Users represent and warrant that they will act at their own responsibility and judgment when using the Services. Users also guarantee the absence of falsehoods in their registration information or requests.

Article 10 (Elimination of Anti-Social Forces)
The Company does not conduct any transactions with individuals belonging to or associated with organized crime groups or anti-social forces. If it is discovered that a user falls into this category, the Company may cease service provision and terminate the contract without notification.

Article 11 (Limitation of Damages)
Even if damages occur to the user due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid to the Company by the user.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the Company’s headquarters. Article 13 (Amendments to the Agreement) The Company may revise this Agreement as necessary. The revised contents shall become effective when posted on the Site.
