Terms of Use for Overseas Account Opening Support
Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement defines the terms and procedures related to the support for opening ACLEDA bank accounts and CSX trading accounts in Cambodia, provided by CORISE CONSULTING CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). This support provides assistance for opening bank accounts and does not constitute the provision of services as a financial institution.
Article 2 (Contents of Services)
Our company offers the following support to those who wish to open ACLEDA bank accounts and CSX trading accounts in Cambodia.

- ACLEDA Standard Account Opening
- CSX Trading Account Opening
- Issuance and Delivery of Debit Cards
Due to considerations of personal information protection, we cannot directly handle the procedures listed below. Therefore, we support communication between customers and ACLEDA Bank via email or LINE support.
《Card-Related Support Services》
- Reissue of Debit Cards
- Card Activation
- Phone Number Change
- Address Change Notification
- Email Address Change
《Support Services in Internet Banking》
- Phone Number Change
- Address Change Notification
- Email Address Change
- Internet Banking Activation
- Registration and Resetting of Authentication Apps
- Bank-Side Reset Request
- Request to Release Dormant or Frozen Accounts

The scope of support is limited to account opening and related procedures. Individual banking transactions and other financial services are not covered by this support.
Article 3 (Scope of Responsibility)
This support does not provide banking services or securities trading itself; it provides account opening procedures and after-support following the opening. Our company is not liable for any issues arising from services and transactions related to ACLEDA Bank, ACLEDA Securities Plc., or CSX. Customers handle any direct transactions or problem resolution related to ACLEDA Bank, ACLEDA Securities Plc., or CSX at their own responsibility. Our company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Furthermore, our company is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, strike, etc.
Article 4 (Account Opening Support Fees)
The account opening support fees are $1,250 (individual) and $2,000 (corporate). This fee includes the following:
- Preparation costs for the application forms for ACLEDA Bank and CSX Trading Account opening
- International shipping fee for the account opening document set to Cambodia (notarized in Japan)
- Notarization fee in Cambodia (for the account opening document set)
- Debit card issuance fee (for ACLEDA bank account opening)
- Email support registration fee (for ACLEDA bank account opening)
- International shipping fee for newly issued debit card (for ACLEDA bank account opening)
- $100 deposit into the standard account at the time of account opening (for ACLEDA bank account opening)
- One-year support from the account opening application date
*If the debit card is returned due to expiration of the customer’s receiving period, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
*After opening an ACLEDA Bank standard account, $99 will be deposited into the USD account (after automatic deduction of $6 for debit card fee and $3 for email support service, the USD balance will be $90). The KHR account will be credited with an amount equivalent to $10 in Riel for a total balance of $100. From the second year onward, annual usage fees for debit cards and email support services will be the responsibility of the customer.
*If a debit card other than the standard type (Gold, Platinum, World) is chosen, the difference will be borne by the customer due to different issuance/annual fees.
Article 5 (Annual Support)
After one year from the account opening application date, an annual support fee of $88 (including 10% tax) for personal account support and $132 (including 10% tax) for corporate account support will be incurred. This fee shall be paid in the manner specified by our company. The use of annual support is optional. If you do not wish to use it, there is no obligation to pay. If there is no request to cancel annual support from the customer two weeks before the renewal date, the annual support will be automatically renewed. Even if canceled, the support will continue until the scheduled renewal date. In the case of early termination, there will be no refund, partial or full, of the annual support fee.
If someone who does not use the annual support needs consultation or support regarding ACLEDA Bank and CSX trading accounts, a fee of $55 per occurrence will be charged. This fee shall be paid in the manner specified by our company.
Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)
Our company appropriately protects customers' personal information and does not provide it to third parties without consent. Personal information obtained from customers is used solely for account opening support and subsequent support activities. In handling personal information, we comply with relevant laws and perform appropriate management. If a customer wishes to delete or change their personal information, please contact our support team.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
While our company will make maximum efforts in the support provided, we bear no responsibility for delays or issues caused by ACLEDA Bank, ACLEDA Securities Plc., CSX systems, or external factors. In the event of disputes, wars, or other force majeure situations, we reserve the right to interrupt or suspend support accordingly. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified. Our company is not liable for any damages incurred by customers or damages caused to third parties related to the use of this support.
Article 8 (Cancellation and Refund)
If the customer wishes to cancel this support, please contact the support team. In principle, no refunds are provided after the completion of the account opening support. However, if the account opening procedure is not completed, a partial refund may be possible depending on the progress of the procedure. The refund amount will be determined according to the stage of progress, and refund processing will occur within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
